Year 4 Homework for Monday 4th October 2010
A big well done to all of you in Year 4. Last week everyone returned their homework on time and the standard was high. What a lot of stars and proud people. Keep it up!
This week
Reading
Remember to read at home for at least 10 minutes each day and make a comment in your reading diary at least 3 times during the week.
Spelling
Complete the worksheet 'Using homophones to make riddles'
Maths
You will each be given a timestable to practise. It is important that you also know the related division facts. For example 8 x 5 = 40 so 40 divided by 5 is 8. You will need to be very confident because it is a timed test that you will have the following week and you will be expected to respong quickly with the answers. Go for it and 'BE BRILLIANT'!
